How to Join or Renew Your Membership With
Oakland Kendo Dojo (OKD)

All United States Kendo Federation (AUSKF)

Northern California Kendo Federation (NCKF)

Please review and include all of the fees listed. Annual dues include Oakland Kendo Dojo dues, All United States Kendo Federation, Northern California Kendo Federation and Northern California Iaido Association dues (if applicable).

This is a TWO Step Process:

A. Download, fill out and sign the Oakland Kendo Dojo (OKD) Membership Application and AUSKF Waiver/Liability form below. Please follow instructions in the Payment area how to submit the forms. If you are a current Oakland Kendo Dojo member and up to date with your AUSKF/NCKF membership dues you do not have to submit another Application or Waiver.

B. Go to MEMBERSHIP FEES to determine your Oakland Kendo Dojo membership cost.

• New members please contact Tanouye Sensei to determine your membership fee depending on when you are joining

• If you are renewing your membership please let Tanouye Sensei know by March 14

• Oakland Kendo Dojo annual fee (add NCIA membership Fee $35 if applicable) payable directly to the dojo

• AUSKF/NCKF/NCIA/OKD Annual dues are from April 1st to March 31st each year.

• PLEASE NOTE: New or Renewing members, you can still register at a later date but you may not qualify to attend certain events i.e. NCKF Spring Promotion, Seminars, NCKF Championships.

OAKLAND KENDO DOJO FAMILY DISCOUNT

• First member pays all applicable rate above 

• Second member will pay 50% of the Oakland Kendo Dojo fee plus the applicable rates above

• Additional members will pay applicable rates above but NO Oakland Kendo Dojo fee.

Step Two. Joining or Renewing Membership with:

Payment due by May 1

Starting April 2025 AUSKF moved to auskf.sport80.com as the single place to manage your AUSKF and NCKF membership. Includes new and renewing AUSKF/NCKF membership.

NEW MEMBERS log on to auskf.sport80.com and create a new account. There is an additional $50 initiation fee to obtain a AUSKF ID Number. Please include in your total payment.
RENEWING MEMBERS if you have signed up for 2025-2026 membership at the beginning of the membership year (April 1, 2025) you will be receiving an account activation email on September 1st. This email will come from noreply@sport80.com.

Once you receive this email, please take the following actions:

• Click the link in the email to be taken to the Sport:80 login page for your account

• Create a password to associate with your account

• Once logged in, validate that your personal information (i.e. Name, Date of Birth, etc.) are listed correctly. 

• If any information is incorrect, please request that it be updated by clicking on the Help and Support button at the bottom of the screen, then Contact Support (also at the bottom of the screen).

• No further action is required.
  
  Once you have created a password and logged in for the first time, save your login details. If you do NOT receive an activation email, you have likely already activated your Sport:80 account and no action is required. 

If you don't see all members of your family in your account or did not receive access instructions when you believe you should have, please do the following:

• Go to auskf.sport80.com and login if you can

• Click on Help and Support

• Click on Contact Support

• Complete the form. Please share the following:

• Full name

• Date of Birth

• AUSKF ID #

• Dojo

Out-of-the-area or Non-Active Member:

The Annual Oakland Kendo Dojo fee of $20 (paid directly to OKD) still applies.
If you want to be registered with AUSKF/NCKF please use auskf.sport80.com fees.

Oakland Kendo Dojo Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and all of our instructors are volunteers who donate their time. Please note that all fees are nonrefundable and must be paid prior to starting.
